For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.  This includes Information relating to your use of: (a) our mobile (“Mobile Games”) and (b) our website www.goodlandgames.com (“Website”).  When you use the Mobile Games or the Website (the “Game”), you accept our rules and policies which describe how we handle your Information, and you understand we collect, process, use and store your Information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not play any of the Games. How Do We Protect Your Information

Our Games are not intended for or targeted at children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Information about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to play our Games. If you are under 13, do not play our Games or use or provide any information on our Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
